Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Floating Community Manager to lead operations across multiple multifamily communities, overseeing on-site teams, daily operations, and resident experience. The role requires frequent travel to support transitions, acquisitions, and projects, with a focus on financial performance and compliance.

You will drive occupancy and revenue while maintaining high service standards and team engagement across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 4–6 years of property management experience.
• Licenses/certifications as required by state/local jurisdictions.
• Proficiency in property management software.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident concerns and resolve issues with empathy.
• Prepare financial reports and ensure timely accounting tasks.
• Liaise with ownership and regional asset management; present performance updates.
• Oversee hiring, onboarding, training, and staff development.
• Enforce lease policies, conduct inspections, and manage evictions as needed.
• Lead daily huddles and coaching; monitor team performance and goals.
• Drive revenue and occupancy through strategic pricing and leasing.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, vendor contracts, and capital projects.
• Ensure safety, maintenance, and compliance across communities.
