Bedrock Property Management is seeking a Floating Community Director to lead day-to-day operations across multiple communities, providing temporary and transitional leadership as needed. You will partner with Regional leadership to set action plans and ensure continuity of operations while upholding Bedrock standards.

• Provide temporary or transitional Community Director coverage at assigned communities.
• Establish action plans with Regional leadership.
• Maintain continuity of leadership during transitions.
• Deliver exemplary customer service to residents.
• Manage financial reporting and occupancy goals.
• Ensure compliance with fair housing and laws.
• Mentor onsite staff and model core values.
• Represent Bedrock to residents, vendors and owners.
• Oversee maintenance and work orders; travel as required.
• Lead resident events and property marketing to improve retention.
