Job summary

United Vein Centers in New York Market seeks a Medical Receptionist (Patient Services Coordinator) to greet patients, sign them in, gather insurance information, provide forms, process payments, and schedule appointments as part of launching our newest clinic in early 2027.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in medical assisting or administration.
• Familiarity with ECW is a plus.
• Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients upon arrival, sign them in, and obtain insurance information.
• Provide intake/new patient forms and required documents.
• Process payments from patients for co-pays and uninsured visits.
• Schedule appointments based on provided guidelines.
• Maintain hard copy and EMR records.
