Job summary

Candidate should have at least one year of construction experience, forklift ability, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and Procore. Compensation ranges from $20 to $25 per hour with benefits and 401(k) options.

Qualifications

• Must have a minimum of one year of construction experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel and Outlook.
• Able to operate a forklift and handle on-site material logistics.
• Strong organizational and communication skills for inventory control.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate deliveries by accompanying truck drivers to drop sites.
• Inspect deliveries for damage and verify packing slips.
• Maintain inventory control and storage of items on site.
• Provide daily delivery reports to onsite management.
• Maintain major material tracking checkout log and related paperwork.
• Upload supporting documentation (PO/IRs) and updated inventory sheets into Procore daily.
