Job summary

MasTec is seeking a Project Logistics Coordinator to plan and oversee the movement of materials and equipment for construction projects, coordinating with vendors, subcontractors and site teams to keep schedules and budgets on track.

We require 2–4 years in construction logistics or project coordination, a bachelor’s degree in construction management or a related field, and proficiency with Procore and MS Project; strong organization and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Supply Chain, or related field (preferred).
• 2–4 years of experience in construction logistics or project coordination.
• Proficiency with Procore and MS Project.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain delivery schedules for materials and equipment.
• Coordinate transportation and storage of construction materials.
• Liaise with suppliers to ensure timely procurement and delivery.
• Work with site supervisors to align deliveries with project timelines.
• Maintain records of shipments, permits, and delivery receipts.
