Job summary

MasTec Clean Energy & Infrastructure seeks a Materials Receiver to support the Field Buyer by receiving all materials and maintaining accurate site inventory. This role requires domestic travel and close coordination with truck drivers, subcontractors, and site management to ensure timely deliveries and proper storage.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of construction experience, forklift operation skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Procore.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of construction experience.
• Able to operate a forklift.
• Knowledge of Outlook and Excel.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and scheduling software.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate deliveries by accompanying truck drivers to drop sites.
• Maintain inventory and material tracking on site.
• Provide daily reports to onsite management of material deliveries.
• Inspect deliveries for damage or defects.
• Upload supporting documentation to Procore daily.
• Back up onsite Purchaser as needed.
• Coordinate with expeditor and site management for timely deliveries.
