Job summary

UpdatePromise seeks an onboarding specialist to train and service new clients on our product suite. The role requires traveling nationwide to manage accounts and ensure successful onboarding.

You will analyze onboarding data and translate insights into actionable recommendations for training and support teams. Associates degree or equivalent experience is preferred, with strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree OR similar experience required.
• Professional in-person customer service experience preferred (Account Management, Implementation, etc).
• Willingness to travel for work.
• Experience with software systems and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Train and service new clients on the full suite of products.
• Provide follow-up support with existing clients after onboarding.
• Build industry relationships to retain and grow accounts.
• Travel nationwide to manage accounts and ensure success.
• Analyze onboarding data and translate into training recommendations.
