Job summary

UpdatePromise is seeking an Associate Onboarding Specialist to train and service our clients on the full product suite. You will travel nationwide to manage accounts, build lasting relationships and translate data into actionable training recommendations.

The role requires an Associates degree or equivalent experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work with little supervision in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
