Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking an HVAC Technician to perform preventive maintenance and repairs across a geographic territory. The role involves hands-on work on HVAC systems, electrical and plumbing components, and building automation controls at commercial properties.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of HVAC experience, a Universal CFC certification, and strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in commercial HVAC service and repairs or 5 years military experience that includes work on HVAC systems.
• High school graduate or GED; Universal CFC certification.
• Ability to plan work assignments with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repair service on HVAC and related building systems to keep properties in peak condition.
• Identify energy savings opportunities through system and operational changes.
• Assist as needed in other trades and in building maintenance and operation.
