Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated seeks a Mobile Technician to perform annual preventive maintenance and on-call repairs across a defined territory. You’ll work on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, automation, and building systems while targeting energy efficiency and cost reductions.

The role requires hands-on capability, strong communication, and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Truck-based travel across multiple locations is expected.

Qualifications

• HVAC service/repairs experience required; Universal CFC cert.
• Experience in building systems HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and controls.
• Strong communication and computer skills for office and field apps.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repair on HVAC, mechanical, electrical, and building systems.
• Identify energy savings opportunities and implement system changes.
• Plan work with minimal supervision; assist other trades as needed.
• Travel within geographic territory; truck-based work environment.
