Job summary

Johnson Controls is seeking forward-thinking HVAC service professionals to join our North America teams. You will perform maintenance, repair, and replacement on commercial heating and cooling systems, collaborating with Journeymen and Servicemen.

Travel 10-20% may be required; you’ll write quotes, provide solutions, and upsell where appropriate. EPA license and valid driver's license required; union membership or willingness to join.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years in commercial/industrial HVAC troubleshooting.
• Must be a member or willing to join UAPlumbing and Pipe Fitting or equivalent union.
• License to handle EPA refrigerants and valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, repair and replacement on commercial heating and cooling systems.
• Provide quotes and recommendations to improve facility efficiency.
• Collaborate with Journeymen and Servicemen on complex equipment.
• Travel 10–20% to support branch activities and customer sites.
