Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) is seeking a Mobile Engineer to operate, inspect and maintain HVAC, refrigeration, electrical, plumbing and production equipment across assigned facilities. You will ensure energy efficiency, reduce downtime, and document maintenance history for optimal uptime.

The role requires 4+ years in building engineering with HVAC/R and related trades, a Universal CFC certification, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of four (4) years of building engineering experience with HVAC/R, plumbing, electrical and production equipment.
• Experience troubleshooting and maintaining commercial refrigeration or supermarket refrigeration.
• Universal CFC recovery certification (or within 90 days of employment).
• Two years of trades school or apprenticeship in electrical systems, refrigeration and HVAC (preferred).“

Responsibilities

• Perform ongoing preventive and repair work orders on facility mechanical, electrical and installed systems.
• Maintain and repair HVAC/R systems and electrical distribution equipment.
• Inspect equipment and establish proper operation and safety standards.
• Execute routine inspections and due diligence to support client occupancy and operations.
• Submit P-card receipts daily and update work orders in real time.
• Utilize CMMS systems such as Corrigo for work performed.
