TSP, a Syneos Health company, seeks a Hospital Specialty Representative to drive territory growth by delivering compelling product presentations and educating healthcare professionals on product value and benefits.

You will manage hospital relationships, engage clinical and non‑clinical stakeholders, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure aligned execution. Travel up to 50% required; BA/BS and 5+ years in pharma sales with hospital calls essential.

Competenze

• BA/BS degree from an accredited institution.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% within assigned geography, including overnight travel.
• 5+ years of demonstrated experience and proven sales success in pharmaceutical/medical/biotech industry.
• 3+ years demonstrated experience calling on hospitals and health systems.
• Strong understanding of hospital decision-making processes and formulary management.
• Must be able to lift and/or move up to 35 pounds.
