Job summary

TSP, a Syneos Health company, seeks a Hospital Specialty Representative to drive territory growth by delivering compelling product presentations and educating healthcare professionals on product value.

You will engage hospital stakeholders, share scientific information, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure aligned execution. Travel up to 50% within the geography is required.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree from an accredited institution.
• Valid driver's license.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% within assigned geography, including overnight travel.
• 5+ years of demonstrated experience and proven sales success in pharmaceutical/medical/biotech industry.
• 3+ years demonstrated experience calling on hospitals and health systems.
• Strong understanding of hospital decision-making processes, clinical pathways, formulary management, and antimicrobial stewardship programs.
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 35 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Manage hospital relationships with clinical and non-clinical stakeholders.
• Provide scientific and clinical information within the disease state area and approved product.
• Deliver sales presentations to physicians, APPs, medical staff, and clinic personnel using customer engagement selling model.
• Effectively utilize and manage resources to optimize engagement.
• Collaborate across a matrixed sales organization with cross-functional partners to drive execution.
