Job summary

SPS is seeking a Field Support Specialist in the Boston area to provide backfill coverage across sites, ensuring seamless service levels and customer satisfaction. You will handle mail, reprographics, and office services while traveling between SPS locations as needed.

The role requires high school diploma, strong communication, and ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Training will occur across SPS sites within the region to build familiarity and professional service across

Qualifications

• High School Diploma (or equivalent) required.
• 6+ months prior work experience preferred.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Analytical abilities and problem solving.
• Superb written and verbal communication skills.
• Current knowledge or ability to learn computer-based systems.
• Maintain professional appearance and attitude.
• Adhere to policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Mail Services: inbound/outbound mail, package handling, and routing.
• Reprographics: copy/print production and binding services; monitor equipment.
• Office Services: pantry/kitchen upkeep, supplies, maintenance.
• Front of House: reception coverage, guest orientation, client relations, lobby experience.
• Competencies: strong communication, multitasking, and teamwork.
