Job summary

SPS North America is seeking a Field Support Specialist to provide office and mailroom support across client sites on an on-call basis. You will handle reception, mail handling, facilities assistance, and copy/print services while delivering friendly, reliable service.

Daily travel between sites is expected. The role requires strong customer service, basic MS Office skills, and the ability to work independently with flexibility as business needs change.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required or preferred.
• At least 6 months of work experience is preferred.
• Strong time management and problem‑solving skills.
• Willingness to learn and maintain professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service to employees and visitors.
• Handle reception, mail handling, and front desk tasks.
• Receive, sort, and distribute mail and packages; manage shipping/receiving.
• Support copy/print services and basic office equipment.
• Assist with office moves, meeting room setup, and facilities requests.
• Build positive relationships with clients and teams; adapt to changing tasks.
