Job summary

SPS North America is seeking a Field Support Specialist to backfill across regions and multiple SPS locations, ensuring continuous coverage and service level adherence. The role handles mail, reprographics, office services and front-of-house duties while representing SPS positively to clients and staff.

The position requires flexibility, strong communication, and the ability to work across shifts and sites within the region. Prior experience in office services and vendor coordination is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide backfill coverage across assigned region and multiple sites.
• Perform mail services, shipping/receiving and related concierge duties.
• Assist reprographics: copy/print, binding, scanning and imaging.
• Maintain Office Services Center and pantry/conference areas.
• Provide front of house reception/concierge coverage and guest registration.
