Job summary

SPS North America Inc. is seeking a Field Support Specialist (FSS) and Office Support Specialist to serve as the frontline ambassador across regional SPS sites. You will greet visitors, manage lobby flow, coordinate shipments, and support print and reprographics tasks.

This role requires travel to SPS sites, a high school diploma, MS Office proficiency, and a proactive, can-do attitude. You’ll maintain equipment, stockroom readiness, and uphold our 'VIP-ready' workplace standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Must have reliable transportation for regional travel.
• Willingness to travel and adjust to varying schedules.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the front-of-house ambassador, greeting guests and managing lobby flow.
• Own inbound/outbound shipments and ensure proper chain-of-custody procedures.
• Operate office print/reprographics equipment and manage maintenance.
• Maintain conference rooms and common areas to be VIP-ready at all times.
