Job summary

SPS is seeking a Field Support Specialist to provide backfill coverage across the assigned region and multiple SPS sites in New York. You will ensure continuous coverage, maintain high-quality service, and support client satisfaction through efficient front-desk, mail, and office services operations.

Responsibilities include mail processing, reprographics, inventory management, and coordinating with facilities and security.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 6+ months prior work experience preferred.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Analytical abilities and aptitude in problem solving.
• Superb written and verbal communication skills.
• Current knowledge or ability to learn computer-based systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide backfill coverage across assigned region and locations.
• Support mail services, including inbound/outbound mail and package processing.
• Assist reprographics with copy/print production and binding services.
• Perform office services duties: pantry, conference areas, supplies, maintenance.
• Provide front of house coverage: reception, guest orientation, concierge support.
• Maintain a neat Office Services Center and oversee equipment maintenance.
