Job summary

SPS is seeking a Field Support Specialist (On Call) to backfill coverage across the Irvine region and possibly other SPS sites. You will support mail, reprographics, and office services, including reception and guest management, while maintaining a professional SPS image.

Responsibilities include handling shipments, bindings, copy/print tasks, and facility duties. The role requires flexibility, strong communication, and the ability to work across locations with variable hours.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Customer service oriented with ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Proficiency with MS Office and basic computer systems.
• Experience with shipping/receiving and office equipment maintenance.
• Ability to work independently, proactively, and professionally.
• High school diploma or equivalent; 6+ months experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide mail services including inbound/outbound mail and package handling.
• Assist reprographics: copy/print, binding, scanning, and imaging.
• Support office services: pantry, meeting rooms, supplies, and maintenance.
• Front of house coverage: reception, guest orientation, and client interactions.
• Coordinate with security and client hosts; route calls and register visitors.
• Maintain a neat office center; stock and inventory office supplies.
