Job summary

Swan Analytical USA is seeking a Field Service Technician to join our dynamic team in Orlando. The Field Service Technician will install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair SWAN instruments at customer sites, with up to 100% travel (Mon-Fri).

You will perform commissioning, calibration, and documentation, provide exceptional technical support, and train customers on instrument use and calibration. Strong problem-solving and customer communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in field service or on-site support.
• Ability to install and commission analytical instruments at customer locations.
• Strong documentation and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Install and commission SWAN instruments at customer locations.
• Calibrate and configure instruments to meet specifications.
• Perform preventive maintenance to ensure peak performance.
• Provide technical support via phone, email, and on-site visits.
• Troubleshoot and repair instruments; coordinate parts sourcing.
• Train customers on proper use and maintenance of SWAN instruments.
• Maintain service records and reports; stay informed on product updates.
