Job summary

Tree Top Staffing LLC is seeking a Field Service Technician to deliver on-site system installations and maintenance for our clients. The role requires strong electrical and controls experience, especially with CNC machines and PLCs, plus the ability to travel extensively to customer sites.

You will install and configure tool load monitoring, adaptive controls, and machine monitoring systems, diagnose issues, provide remote and on-site support, and contribute to documentation and product

Qualifications

Strong background in electrical and controls systems, particularly with CNC machines and industrial controls.
Experience with system integration, PLCs, and industrial automation.
Familiarity with machine monitoring and IoT technologies is a plus.

Responsibilities

Install and configure monitoring and control systems on-site at customer locations.
Integrate electrical and CNC machine controls; ensure full operation.
Diagnose and resolve system issues; provide on-site and remote support.
Travel up to 70% for installations and training.
Develop technical docs and installation instructions.
Gather field feedback to improve products and collaborate with engineering.
Train customers and maintain professional relationships.
