Job summary

KRG Partners is seeking Field Service Technicians to travel to customer sites in the United States to install, service, and train customers on client equipment. You will work with mechanical, hydraulic, electronics, and electrical systems in sheet metal machinery and related technology.

The role emphasizes customer service, on-site installation, and comprehensive machine training and servicing, with heavy lift and safety considerations in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Requires valid driver’s license.
• Background in electronics or heavy machinery; CNC or PLC experience preferred.
• Strong oral skills and ability to read schematics.

Responsibilities

• Installation of machines: check voltages, align/level, install accessories, test functions, verify dimensions.
• Training on machines: teach part programming, full controls, safety switches, location and operation.
• Servicing of machines: identify problems, troubleshoot, read electrical/hydraulic schematics, use voltmeters, understand components, communicate updates.
