Job summary

Advanced Technology Services, Inc. seeks a Traveling CNC Maintenance Technician Specialist to service CNC equipment nationwide.

The role demands extensive travel and the ability to perform advanced break-fix and preventive maintenance, plus troubleshooting across mechanical, electrical, and control systems. You may operate various machines, assist in upgrades, and lead maintenance optimization with customers.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; technical training preferred.
• Associates degree in a technical field is preferred.
• Understanding of electrical, mechanical, fluid power and control systems; able to analyze problems and repair.

Responsibilities

• Performs expert level break-fix and preventative maintenance with troubleshooting.
• Identifies parts and materials; evaluates alternatives to improve cost/reliability.
• Sets up and operates multiple machining operations; may perform welding.
• Directs customer counterparts in maintenance optimization and PM processes.
• Follows safety policies; documents work and maintenance data; creates manuals.
