Travel to multi-state customer sites, diagnose issues, perform preventive maintenance, repair mechanical/electrical components, and document service reports while communicating clearly with customers and colleagues.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on CNC repair/maintenance.
• Experience with rotating machinery, spindles, bearings.
• Ability to read technical drawings and schematics.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customer sites across MN, WI, SD, ND to install, troubleshoot, and maintain CNC machines.
• Perform preventive maintenance and identify performance improvements.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic components.
• Use manuals and vendor support to troubleshoot complex problems.
• Document service and installation reports clearly and completely.
• Communicate equipment status, repairs, and recommendations to customers.
