Job summary

SJ Mobilita Staffing is seeking an experienced Field Service Technician to install, service, and troubleshoot complex electromechanical manufacturing equipment at customer locations. The role requires reading electrical schematics, handling high/low voltage systems, and traveling to sites up to 75% of the time.

The ideal candidate will have 2–5 years in field service or related technical experience, with strong skills in electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, PLC, and motion-control systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 2–5 years of field service or related technical experience.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics; high/low voltage systems.
• Proficiency with a multimeter and PLC/HMI systems.

Responsibilities

• Install, service, troubleshoot, and repair complex electromechanical equipment at customer locations.
• Read electrical schematics for high- and low-voltage systems (220V–440V, 12V–24V).
• Troubleshoot PLC-controlled systems, including power supplies, inputs/outputs, sensors, and HMIs.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot servo drives, motors, and motion-control systems.
• Travel overnight 50%–75% of the time.
