Job summary

Rosendin is seeking a Project Manager I to oversee projects from planning through completion with a focus on client satisfaction and solid results. Eligible candidates bring a bachelor’s degree in construction or related field, at least 3 years’ PM experience, and proficiency in MS Office.

The role involves site work, collaboration with senior PMs, cost control, and timely delivery on mid-size to large projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a Project Management role on construction projects.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Plan and organize projects under supervision of Senior PM and Division Manager.
• Supervise project activities, assign tasks, and ensure policy compliance.
• Prepare complete project estimates with plans, specs, and bid forms.
• Monitor project progress, budgets, and change orders; negotiate changes.
• Prepare monthly costing reports and manage contract financials.
• Represent the company in project meetings and ensure timely delivery.
