Job summary

ArchKey Solutions LLC is seeking an Associate Project Manager in Construction Technologies to coordinate field staff and assist project managers in delivering projects that meet quality, schedule, cost, safety, and client satisfaction targets. The role involves assembling documentation for commissioning and closeout and supporting preconstruction activities.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent in project management or construction management is required or preferred.
• Minimum 0–1 year of construction/project management experience; familiarity with estimating systems is a plus.
• Ability to read, interpret and understand contracts, plans, drawings, blueprints, and specifications; strong analytical skills.
• Project management training and understanding of the project life cycle.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate field staff and assist project managers to ensure quality, schedule, cost control, safety, and client satisfaction.
• Assist with budget tracking, billing, scheduling, cost reviews, and status reporting; help prepare meeting minutes.
• Coordinate preconstruction activities, provide design interpretation, takeoffs, and bid package preparation; support constructability reviews.
• Conduct jobsite inspections and document progress with weekly photos to ensure conformance with contract documents.
