Job summary

ArchKey Solutions LLC seeks an Associate Project Manager, Construction Technologies for a travel-heavy role supporting nationwide projects. The position coordinates field staff, assists PMs, and ensures project quality, schedule, cost control, safety, and client satisfaction across multiple sites.

The ideal candidate has an associate degree in PM/CM, up to 1 year in construction, and a willingness to travel. Base salary ranges are provided, with benefits supporting growth and development.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent in project management, construction management or related field; Bachelor's preferred.
• 0–1 year of construction or project management experience; familiarity with estimating systems preferred.
• Knowledge of construction methods, materials, costing, scheduling, estimating and safety standards preferred.
• Ability to read contracts, plans, drawings, blueprints and specifications; strong analytical and mathematical skills.

Responsibilities

• Review plans and specifications to understand project scope and milestones; prepare cost codes, estimates, RFI tracking as needed.
• Assist project managers with budget tracking, billing, labor estimates, scheduling, and job cost reviews.
• Coordinate preconstruction activities, constructability reviews and value engineering as needed.
• Conduct jobsite inspections and document progress with weekly photos and reports.
