Crothall Healthcare in the United States is seeking a Regional Project Support Specialist - Travel to support Patient Transportation and Patient Observation services through new business start-ups, audits, project rollouts, and program enhancements across client sites.

As travel is required 60–70%, you will partner with regional leaders, on-site management, and client stakeholders to implement initiatives, stabilize operations, monitor performance, and help achieve key business and quality

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience in patient transport/observation, project management, account start-up, or healthcare support services.
• Must complete CPR or BLS training successfully.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills; ability to multi-task.
• Good business sense; understand performance, staffing, and financial targets.
• Proficient with Windows-based Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Willingness to travel 60–70% as needed.

Responsibilities

• Support regional project work: start-ups, transitions, rollouts, and enhancements.
• Develop and execute project plans, timelines, training, and communications.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and propose corrective actions to leadership.
• Support sales surveys, site tours, client presentations, and assessments.
• Provide interim management support during leadership vacancies or high-demand periods.
• Support daily Patient Transportation/Observation operations and service quality.
