Crothall Healthcare in Lexington, KY is seeking a Regional Project Support Specialist - Travel to support Patient Transportation and Patient Observation services through new business start-ups, audits, project rollouts, program enhancements, and interim operational leadership support.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience in Patient Transportation/Observation, project management, account start up, operational leadership, or healthcare support services is preferred.
• Must pass CPR or BLS per company requirements.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
• Proficiency with Windows-based software including Microsoft Office and related business systems.
• Ability to travel 60–70% including overnight stays as needed.

Responsabilités

• Support regional project work including new business start-ups, account transitions, project rollouts, and program enhancements.
• Develop, coordinate and execute project plans, start-up plans, timelines and training materials.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and communicate with regional leadership and account teams.
• Support sales surveys, site tours, client presentations, and operational assessments.
• Provide interim management support for accounts with leadership vacancies or instability.
• Support daily Patient Transportation/Observation operations and improve program quality and performance.
