Crothall Healthcare, a Compass Group USA company, seeks a Regional Project Support Specialist - Travel to assist Patient Transportation and Patient Observation services across healthcare accounts. The role involves startups, audits, rollouts, and interim leadership support, with heavy travel (60–70%).

The ideal candidate brings project management and operational leadership experience in healthcare support services, plus strong organization and office software skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience in Patient Transportation/Observation, project management, account start up, operational leadership, or healthcare support services preferred.
• Must complete and pass CPR or BLS training.
• Strong organizational and time management; multitasking and prioritization.
• Proficiency with Windows-based office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe, Outlook).
• Travel approximately 60–70% with overnight stays as needed.

Responsabilités

• Support regional project work including onboarding, transitions, rollouts, improvements.
• Develop, coordinate, and execute project plans, start-up plans, timelines, training materials, and communication plans.
• Monitor project progress, identify barriers, communicate risks, and propose solutions.
• Support sales surveys, site tours, client presentations, and assessments.
• Provide interim management support for accounts with leadership vacancies or instability.
• Support daily Patient Transportation/Observation operations, including coordination and satisfaction.
• Assist with internal audits, risk assessments, and compliance reviews.
• Partner with on-site teams to train hourly staff and leadership.
