Crothall Healthcare is seeking a Regional Project Support Specialist - Travel to partner with regional leadership on startup initiatives, audits, and rollouts. This role involves significant travel (60–70%), ensuring program quality, and stabilizing operations across healthcare settings.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience in Patient Transportation/Observation, project management, account start up, or healthcare support services preferred.
• Required to complete and pass CPR or BLS.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with multi-tasking ability.
• Proficiency with Windows-based software and related business systems.

Responsabilités

• Support regional project work including new business start ups, account transitions, project rollouts, and program enhancements.
• Develop, coordinate, and execute project plans, start-up plans, timelines, training materials, and communication plans.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and communicate solutions to leadership and teams.
• Support sales surveys, site tours, client presentations, and operational assessments as requested.
• Provide interim management support for accounts with leader vacancies or operational instability.
• Assist daily Patient Transportation/Observation operations and ensure service coordination and satisfaction.
• Support internal audits, risk assessments, and compliance reviews.
