Crothall Healthcare is seeking a Regional Project Support Specialist - Travel to assist Patient Transportation and Patient Observation services through new business start-ups, audits, project rollouts, and program enhancements. You will work with regional leadership, on-site teams, and client stakeholders to implement initiatives and stabilize operations.

The role requires significant travel (60-70%), with potential for temporary leadership support and assignments across multiple accounts based

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience in Patient Transportation/Observation, project management, account start up, operational leadership, or healthcare support services preferred.
• Must complete and pass CPR or BLS training.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills and ability to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Support regional project work including start-ups, transitions, rollouts, and program enhancements.
• Develop, coordinate, and execute project plans, startup plans, timelines, training materials, and communications.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and propose solutions to leadership and account teams.
• Provide interim management support for accounts with leadership vacancies or instability.
• Support daily Patient Transportation/Observation operations and performance improvement.
