Job summary

F3 Technologies, Greenwood, IN, seeks a Field Service Technician to travel across the United States and Canada to install, maintain, replace, and repair POS systems at customer sites. You will work Monday–Friday with travel and occasional overnights, and may remote-install as needed.

The role requires a high school diploma, 21+ age, willingness to travel, valid driver's license, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Willingness to travel up to 100% with overnight stays.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays as scheduled.
• Valid driver's license and TSA-compliant ID for travel.
• Comfort with lifting up to 50 pounds and climbing.

Responsibilities

• Travel Monday–Friday to install, maintain, replace, and repair POS systems at customer sites.
• Provide remote installations and support as assigned.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and deliver timely solutions.
• Engage with customers during training, go-live, and troubleshooting.
• Coordinate travel itineraries with scheduling and dispatch.
• Transport and track company equipment and inventory while traveling.
• Submit expenses and maintain accurate work records.
• Adhere to safety standards in all locations.
