F3 Technologies, Inc. in Chicago, IL seeks a field service technician to install, maintain, replace, and repair POS systems across the US/Canada. You will travel Monday–Friday during deployments, with remote workdays between deployments, and occasional weekend work.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting, customer training support, and coordinating travel with dispatch. A high school diploma and travel readiness are required, with strong technical and communication skills preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years of age.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to travel up to a full week with overnight stays.
• Willingness to travel across the United States and Canada.
• Must reside within reasonable distance of a major airport.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized across time zones.
• Available for four weekend days per month and varying shifts.

Responsabilités

• Travel continuously to customer sites in the US/Canada to install, maintain, replace, and repair POS systems.
• Install and service POS systems remotely as assigned.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely solutions.
• Lead high‑level customer engagement during training and go‑live.
• Coordinate with scheduling to manage travel itineraries and delays.
• Transport and safeguard company equipment and inventory while traveling.
• Submit accurate expense reports and maintain documentation.
