Job summary

Applegreen USA Welcome Centers Central Services in the United States is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead on-shift teams and ensure exceptional service. You will train new team members, monitor cash handling, and enforce brand standards and food safety requirements across the plaza.

Responsibilities include opening and closing procedures, operating the POS, suggesting upsell opportunities, and maintaining product quality.

Qualifications

• Cash handling and customer service experience required.
• Shift supervisor or leadership experience preferred.
• Ability to interact with customers and coworkers in a positive manner.

Responsibilities

• Lead the activities of team members on shift.
• Provide friendly customer service and resolve complaints.
• Complete opening, daily and closing procedures.
• Operate POS system and process payments.
• Ensure proper food handling, stocking and temperature checks.
• Assist in training new team members.
• Follow brand standards, food safety, policies.
• Inform plaza leadership of observations or problems.
• Execute other tasks as assigned.
