Applegreen USA Welcome Centers Central Services is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead shifts, ensure excellent customer service, and enforce brand standards. You will train new hires and monitor cash handling compliance to protect assets in a fast-paced travel plaza environment.

The role requires standing for long periods, flexibility for days, nights, weekends, and holidays, and the ability to manage multiple tasks across food service and cashier duties.

Qualifications

• Cash handling and customer service experience required.
• Shift supervisor or leadership experience preferred.
• Ability to interact with the public and coworkers in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner.

Responsibilities

• Lead the activities of team members on shift.
• Provide friendly customer service and resolve customer complaints.
• Complete opening, daily and closing procedures/checklists in accordance with company policies/procedures.
• Operate point-of-sale (POS) system, process payments, and follow all customer service and cash handling policies.
• Ensure proper food handling procedures and maintain cleanliness of workstation and equipment.
