Applegreen USA Welcome Centers Central Services in New Jersey is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead a team and deliver exceptional customer service on each shift. You will ensure cash handling, brand standards, and food safety requirements are followed, and you may train new team members while supporting daily operations.

Qualifications

• Cash handling and customer service experience required.
• Shift supervisor or leadership experience preferred.
• Demonstrates the ability to interact with the public and coworkers in a friendly, enthusiastic manner.

Responsibilities

• Lead the activities of team members on shift.
• Provide friendly customer service and resolve complaints.
• Complete opening, daily and closing procedures and checklists.
• Operate POS system and process payments following policies.
• Ensure food handling, labeling, dating, stocking, and storage procedures are followed.
• Perform kitchen-related tasks such as prepping, cooking, packaging, and cleaning.
• Stock and sanitize workstation and equipment.
• Cross-sell and upsell products.
• Maintain knowledge of products and services available in the plaza.
• Assist in training new team members.
• Follow brand standards and safety policies.
• Inform leadership of observations or issues.
• Execute other tasks as assigned.
