Applegreen (US) Welcome Centers seeks a Shift Supervisor to lead daily operations, ensure excellent customer service, and uphold brand standards and food safety. You will train new team members and monitor cash handling compliance across shifts.

Ideal candidates have cash handling and frontline leadership experience and can engage travelers with a friendly, proactive approach. Flexible scheduling includes weekends and holidays at our travel plazas.

Qualifications

• Cash handling and customer service experience required.
• Shift supervisor or leadership experience preferred.
• Demonstrates the ability to interact with the public and coworkers in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner.

Responsibilities

• Lead the activities of team members on shift.
• Provide friendly customer service and resolve complaints.
• Complete opening, daily and closing procedures/checklists.
