Applegreen USA Welcome Centers is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead daily operations at our travel plazas. You will train teammates, ensure exceptional customer service, and maintain brand and food safety standards.

This role requires flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays; strong cash handling and leadership are essential. Join a team that values pace, passion, and performance.

Qualifications

• Cash handling and customer service experience required.
• Shift supervisor or leadership experience preferred.
• Ability to interact with the public in a friendly, enthusiastic manner.

Responsibilities

• Lead the activities of team members on shift.
• Provide friendly customer service and resolve customer complaints.
• Complete opening, daily and closing procedures.
• Operate POS and process payments according to policies.
• Ensure proper food handling including labeling, dating, stocking, rotating, and temperature checks.
• Perform kitchen-related tasks (prep, thawing, cooking, packaging, wrapping, cleaning).
• Stock, clean, and sanitize workstation and equipment.
• Actively cross-sell and up-sell products.
• Maintain knowledge of plaza products and services.
• Assist in training new team members.
• Follow brand standards and company policies.
• Inform plaza leadership of observations or problems.
• Execute other tasks as assigned.
