Applegreen is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead the activities of team members on shift and provide friendly customer service, resolving complaints and ensuring smooth operations at our travel plazas. You will complete opening, daily, and closing procedures, operate the POS system, and assist in training new teammates.

This role requires the ability to stand, handle cash, follow food safety standards, and work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays while upholding

Qualifications

• Cash handling and customer service experience required.
• Shift supervisor or leadership experience preferred.
• Demonstrates the ability to interact with the public and coworkers in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner.

Responsibilities

• Consistently provide friendly customer service by engaging with travelers and resolving complaints.
