Applegreen (US) Welcome Centers seeks a Shift Supervisor to lead on-shift teams, ensure excellent customer service, and maintain brand standards and food safety. You will train new hires and monitor cash handling.

The role includes opening/closing procedures, operating POS, stocking, and cross-selling with a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends; physical requirements apply.

Qualifications

• Cash handling and customer service experience required.
• Shift supervisor or leadership experience preferred.
• Demonstrates the ability to interact with the public and coworkers in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner.

Responsibilities

• Lead the activities of team members on shift.
• Consistently provide friendly customer service by engaging with customers and resolving complaints.
• Complete opening, daily and closing procedures/checklists.
• Operate POS system, process payments, follow cash handling policies.
• Ensure proper food handling procedures including labeling, dating, stocking, and temperature checks.
• Stock, clean, and sanitize workstation and equipment.
• Actively cross-sell and upsell products.
• Train new team members and maintain brand standards.
