Job summary

American Traveler, LLC. is seeking an Outpatient Physical Therapist with 1+ years of experience to treat a variety of orthopedic, neurological, sports medicine, and geriatric patients in a busy clinic setting.

You will join a four-FTE clinic with strong community relationships and a supportive team. Expect 60-minute evaluations and 30-minute follow-ups across a mix of mornings and evenings, with no weekends and a potential temp-to-perm opportunity.

Qualifications

• License required if applicable
• More than 1 year of experience preferred; new graduates will be considered but are not preferred
• Must complete documentation promptly
• Ability to work well in a busy clinic environment
• Strong teamwork skills, including collaboration with PTAs

Responsibilities

• Outpatient clinic setting treating a variety of diagnoses
• Four-FTE clinic with strong community relationships
• Patient load of 50-55 patients per week with productivity expectation of greater than 205 QCU
• 60-minute evaluations and 30-minute follow-up visits
• Patient population includes orthopedic, basic neurological, sports medicine, and geriatric patients
• Documentation completed using NextGen
• Flexible schedule with a mix of mornings and evenings, no weekends
• Clinic hours typically 7-8 AM to 7 PM, closing by 5 PM on Fridays
• Floating not required
• Supported by two front-office staff, multiple aides, and four additional FTEs including three PTs and two PTAs
• Clinicians supported by generative AI documentation scribe technology for real-time, compliant clinical documentation
• Business casual dress code
• Potential temp-to-perm opportunity for candidates who are a good fit
