Responsibilities

• Work in an outpatient orthopedic clinic setting.
• Manage a caseload including post-operative, general orthopedic, adolescent, and sports medicine patients.
• Treat conditions such as ACL tears, rotator cuff repairs, disc herniation, osteoarthritis, and total joint replacement.
• Maintain patient load of 12+ visits per day with 90% productivity and 55+ visits per week.
• Schedule appointments every 30 minutes with average treatment time around 60 minutes.
• Floating to other clinic locations may be required; no on-call requirements.

Responsibilities

• Outpatient orthopedic clinic setting
• Caseload includes post-operative, general orthopedic, adolescent, and sports medicine patients
• Treats conditions such as ACL tears, rotator cuff repairs, disc herniation, osteoarthritis, total joint replacement, and more
• Patient load of 12+ visits per day with 90% productivity and 55+ visits per week
• Appointments scheduled every 30 minutes with an average treatment time of 60 minutes
• Schedule is 5x8s, Monday–Thursday 7:00 AM–7:00 PM and Friday 7:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Uses NextGen for documentation
• Floating to other clinic locations may be required
• No on-call requirements
• Clinic is supported by a strong team including 2 PTs, 1 Rehab Aide, and 1 Patient Experience Coordinator
• Clinicians are supported by AI-based documentation scribe technology to assist with real-time compliant clinical notes

• Temp-to-perm opportunity may be available
