Job summary

American Traveler, LLC. is seeking an Outpatient Physical Therapist with 2+ years of experience to provide one-on-one care for orthopedic and neurological patients in an outpatient setting.

You will perform comprehensive evaluations, develop evidence-based treatment plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team. The role features a Monday–Friday schedule, EPIC EMR usage, and a favorable benefits package.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Physical Therapist.
• Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy with active licensure if required.
• Current BLS (AHA) certification.
• State PT license required if applicable.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft software and computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one outpatient physical therapy for orthopedic and neurological patients.
• Conduct evaluations and develop evidence-based treatment plans.
• Collaborate with treatment team and communicate patient progress.
• Supervise PT techs and assistants as needed.
• Work Monday–Friday with 6pm end time or four 10-hour days; 40 hours per week.
• Utilize EPIC EMR for documentation.
• No COVID vaccination required.
• Local candidates within 50 miles eligible for a reduced local pay rate.
• Submit time-off requests with candidate profile.

• Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy required (those licensed before 2016 may be exempt)
• Current BLS (AHA) certification required
• State PT license required if applicable
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft software and computer systems

Responsibilities

• Outpatient physical therapy setting
• Monday-Friday schedule with two days required until 6pm, or four 10-hour day option available
• Uses EPIC EMR
• 40 hours per week
• 12-hour non-billable orientation period
• Deliver patient-centered, one-on-one care to a diverse outpatient population
• Perform comprehensive evaluations and develop evidence-based treatment plans for orthopedic and neurological conditions
• Collaborate with treatment team members to communicate patient progress and outcomes
• Supervise and assist PT techs and assistants as needed
• COVID vaccination is not required
• Local candidates within 50 miles are eligible for a reduced local pay rate
• Requested time off must be submitted with candidate profile
