Responsibilities

• Outpatient clinic setting serving a young, athletic patient population with general orthopedic conditions
• Patient population includes workers' compensation, post-op, athletic, and gait/balance cases
• Caseload of 50-55 visits per week
• 60-minute evaluations with follow-up visits scheduled every 30 minutes
• Schedule includes two closing shifts until 7:00 PM, otherwise flexible scheduling with no weekends
• Clinic hours Monday-Thursday 7:00 AM-7:00 PM and Friday 7:00 AM-3:00 PM
• 5x8s, 40 hours per week, AM shift
• Uses NextGen for documentation
• No floating required
• No on-call requirements
• Supported by aides and front desk staff
• Clinicians use a generative AI documentation scribe to assist with real-time compliant clinical documentation, allowing more focus on patient care
• Temp-to-perm opportunity available
• Business casual dress code; sneakers and nice joggers acceptable
• Experienced clinical staff on-site
