American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapy Assistant for an outpatient clinic setting with strong general orthopedic skills and at least 1 year of experience preferred. The role offers a busy caseload and a structured schedule, with no weekend shifts and ample support from rehab aides and staff.

Clinicians will document with NextGen and may be supported by AI-assisted real-time documentation. Temp-to-perm opportunity, business casual dress, and housing/travel reimbursements are included.

• At least 1 year of experience preferred
• New graduates considered but expected to perform independently quickly

Aufgaben

• Outpatient clinic setting with an open gym featuring 7 plinths and a private treatment room
• Patient population includes general orthopedic patients, Workers' Compensation cases, post-operative patients, athletes, gait and balance, external pelvic floor stabilization, with opportunities to see pediatric patients
• Caseload of approximately 50-55 visits per week
• Uses NextGen for documentation and charting
• Schedule includes no weekends with two closing shifts until 7:00 PM, otherwise flexible
• Clinic hours are Monday-Thursday 7:00 AM-7:00 PM and Friday 7:00 AM-3:00 PM
• No floating required
• Supported by rehab aides and full-time front desk staff during all patient hours
• Clinicians supported by a generative AI documentation scribe that helps generate compliant clinical documentation in real time
• Temp-to-perm opportunity available
• Business casual dress code; sneakers and neat joggers are acceptable
