American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist for an outpatient orthopedic clinic in Decatur, IL. The role requires more than one year of clinical experience and an active PT license where applicable.

You'll treat adolescent to geriatric patients, work with a PT/PTA team, and use NextGen for documentation with AI-assisted scribing support. The schedule is Monday-Friday, 40 hours/week with potential temp-to-perm discussion.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Work in an outpatient orthopedic clinic in Decatur, IL.
• Treat adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients.
• Patient load of 10–11 per day with 30-minute evaluations.
• Treat conditions including tendonitis, ACL tears, back pain and related disorders.
• Documentation using NextGen with AI scribe support.
• Schedule: Mon–Fri, 40 hours/week; flexible options.
• Collaborate with a team of 2 PTs, 1 PTA, front desk staff and rehab aides.
• No on-call requirements; professional, energetic team environment.

Responsibilities

• Outpatient orthopedic clinic setting in Decatur, IL
• Patient population includes adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients
• Patient ratio of 10-11 patients per day
• Evaluations scheduled in 30-minute blocks with sessions lasting approximately 1-1.25 hours
• Treats conditions including Achilles tendonitis, ACL tears, post‑op back pain, disc herniation, fractures, osteoarthritis, osteoporosis, plantar fasciitis, rotator cuff issues, and vestibular/balance disorders
• Uses NextGen for documentation
• Schedule is Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week with flexible scheduling options
• Clinic hours vary: Mon/Wed 7:00 AM-6:00 PM, Tue/Thu 6:30 AM-6:30 PM, Fri 7:00 AM-5:30 PM
• No on‑call requirements
• Works within a team including 2 PTs, 1 PTA, front desk staff, and rehab aides
• Clinicians supported by AI documentation scribe technology to assist with real‑time clinical documentation
