Responsibilities

Requirements

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree is required; and per notes, this applies when a license was obtained after January 2016, or for foreign equivalents.
• Physical Therapy licensure in the state of practice is required.
• Cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor per policy is required.
• Two years of Physical Therapy experience is preferred.
• Ability to work in an outpatient caseload and support a 4×10-hour shift schedule; ability to collaborate effectively within an interdisciplinary team.
